Everything You Need to Know:

How Do You Score The Challenge?

1. Physical Transformation (50%)

DEXA Scan: All participants are required to complete a DEXA scan at both the start (Day 1) and end (Day 90) of the challenge to accurately track body composition changes. This scan will give us your accurate measurements of body fat, lean muscle mass, and bone density with high precision.

Weight & Body Composition (if applicable): Reduction in weight or body fat percentage.

Progress Photos: Participants submit before and after photos. Judging based on visible changes in muscle tone, body shape, and overall physique.

Measurements (if applicable) : Changes in key areas (waist, hips, chest, arms, thighs). Percentage reduction or increase in muscle definition.

2. Effort & Performance Goal Completion (20%)

✅ This measures how much you’ve improved in physical performance (strength, endurance, mobility, etc.) and the level of effort you’ve consistently shown in your workouts and training sessions.

✅ This can include hitting PRs, completing fitness milestones, or progressing in your chosen sport or activity.

3. Consistency & Additional Achievements (25%)

✅ This rewards your ability to stick to the plan—showing up daily, following nutrition guidelines, completing check-ins, and maintaining healthy habits.

✅ Bonus points can be earned for going above and beyond, like helping others, participating in community events, or tackling personal goals outside of fitness.
